Our Stock Size is Medium which is 22.5 inches, and we have the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside. If we received and comfirmed your request, we will help you customize according to your Request

1. Small wig cap size is 21.5 inches, large wig cap size is 23.5 inches, you should know your own head size and make a suitable decision.

If you want to change to the small/large wig cap, please kindly remember to put a note or contact with us when you place order

We are selling premium virgin hair, it's very soft and full. It is 100% human hair, brazilian virgin hair.

Can i dye the hair? Can you dyed for me?

Of course, our hair can definitely be dyed and bleached, since it's 100% human hair and top virgin hair, you can dye it base on your experience or book appointment with your hairstylist to let she/he dye it for you.

If you need we help you dye the hair before shipment, pls kindly contact with us before you order, since we will need to confirm with our hairstylist and this service need to charge extra fee.

Many sis ask us for this question, so far we have medium brown lace, transparent lace, and HD lace, those are all swiss lace material, transparent swiss lace is a type of lace which is more easily to blend into lighter skin complexion peopel, it can be also bleached to fit darker skin complexion people, it's very popular among the market and the price is between medium brown lace and HD Lace.

HD swiss lace is a type of ultra-thin durable lace, which can perfectly melt into any skin complexion, it's nearly invisible when it close to skin, that's we call it undectable lace, with this type of lace, you don't need to bleached it anymore, that why the price of hd swiss lace is higher than transparent lace and medium lace

All the wigs on our website are various of different density, vary from 150% Density to 250% Density, 150% density and above are recommend, because the wig is more full and can easily achieve natural look, you can learn more about different unit density base on our product description

Normally all the wigs on our website are custom made already, it's very hard to change it, but if you had an idea and want to customize a different density, you can contact us before you order, we will try our best to help you!

About Shipment

We provide free express shipping such as DHL and Fedex, shipping usually takes about 2-4 working days, it's fast and safe. For custom order like ombre color, highlight color, and other color wigs order, it will need to take about 2-4 days to process, but sometimes the process time is more sooner than expect, we will keep focusing on your order before shippment

You can put a note in your cart for this or contact us before shipping. Then we will choose a free sign-off service for you. If the parcel has been shipped, you can call DHL /FedEx/UPS to ask them about it. If no one at home receives the parcel, the courier will call you. Please make sure your phone can go through.

Sorry for that, we do not have overnight service.The express shipping of DHL and Fedex is the fastest shipping so far, normally 2 days before that ( due to covid-19, there are delay in some way, so we highly suggest you to place order in advance, especialy for special holidays )

The DHL and FedEx are weekend off.If the parcel has been arrived your city, you can go to the local sites to receive it.

We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express( DHL/FedEx ) can't deliver and we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

About Order

When your item is shipped out, you will get a confirmation email, you can then take your order tracking number to check the shipping status.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please send email to elemohair@gmail.com at first. If within 2 hours after ordered, we can do it for you, If over 2 hours, we can't make sure that.

If your order is still not shipped, we can change the address for you. If it was shipped, you may have to pay extra fee for it. If you contact the courier privately to change the delivery address, then we have the right to charge your additional fees. So if you need to change the address, please contact us first.

Yes dear, of course, but please note that as soon as you placed your order, make sure you have put a note when you place order or it would be better to contact with us before you order, since change to another texture would charge extra fee, For changing to straight/body wave texture don't require charge extra fee, but other textures would charge (normally this require charge $10)

We accept the payment methods as Paypal and Credit Card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to order, you can pay with Credit/Debit Card directly. If you have any payment problems, please contact with us: elemohair@gmail.com

Sometimes when your card is expired, insufficient balance or poor credit which may have a record of Chargeback or others will lead to card declined when paying. So we suggest customers not take a dispute for no reasons, because your credit record will be affected, and your next shopping will be declined. About Return Policy

If you don't want your order or you place the wrong order or want a longer length and you would like to exchange the order, you need to pay for the return charge, and your refund will be reduced $20 (because of the shipping fee we paid at the beginning).

We don't provide return label. If you need to return, please contact us via email at first, then we will provide the return information. You can try to use the USPS to return it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within a certain amount of days.
